- 1 / 5By Amy BarnesIf the manager would get on the floor instead of hovering in the back hall, they actually knew they had, more than one person was working the machine, and employees were working instead of chatting with neighbors (he made one iced drink in 10 minutes) then maybe the line wouldn't be 20 people deep and you could get your order in under 20 minutes.
